When sending requests for support please provide as much detail
as possible. In order to respond as quickly as possible please
ensure the following is included with your request:
1) Email subject and a return email address.
2) Configuration of the system you're using (G4, G3, whatever)
and *how much RAM you have loaded*, version of Mac OS you're
running.
3) Are you using any RAM or hard drive utilities (RAM Doubler,
Speed Doubler, HDToolKit, CC8, TechTool etc.) or type utilities
(ATM, Suitcase, FontReserve, etc.).
4) A complete description of the question you have.
5) If you feel you have an issue that needs to be reported,
provide the steps necessary to recreate the problem.
